Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee

lost my job

I was injured on the job and was on workmans comp for a year. I got realeased from the Drs care, but had restrictions on my back and mobility. I wasent able to do the job I was doing. My question is, in the state of Tennessee, does the company have to offer me something else I can do
