Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee

Overtime Pay

If you are an administrative employee, basically a secretary type employee, and you are paid an hourly rate, and paid on the 1st and 15th of every month (80 hour basic 2 weeks pay), does that company still have to pay you 1.5 times your hourly rate of pay for work in excess of 40 hours in a payroll week? The position is not salary, it is hourly and there are no supervisory duties.
