Can an employer assess fees to an employee if a check cahing facility tries to duplicate a check (process twice? And can a company tell an employee where they cannot cash a check?

Purusant to the Tennessee Wage Act, the employer is obligated to pay to the employee, his or her full wages without discount. This means that the employer cannot make deductions from your wages without your written consent.
