Paychecks
If the company I work for stopped a payment on my paycheck that I cashed. Who is responseable for the check.

Most likely, the employer is. However, there are a number of other facts which need to be disclosed. For instance, why was the payment stopped. If it was because you did not work, then the outcome is different.
