Questions employers can aske their employee

My employer is asking each individual if they are loyal to the company or are they looking for another job. Honestly I am looking for a job, but I don't want to tell them because I worry that I might get fired. Can they legally ask me if I am looking for another job?

Yes, the employer can ask. Although it is usually best to be honest, in this situation you also have an obligation to not get fired.
