Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee

Quitting and still drawing uneployment due to intolerable working conditions

I need to know what I can do about an intolerable working condition. I have heard that it may be possible to quit and still draw unemployment, how is that possible? There are a number of complaints I have about my employer, and I believe that he has imposed these conditions in order to make me quit. Please advise.
