Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee

Reverse Discrimination white male Rn...terminated while experiencing PTSD.....suit against major area hospital..with alot of policital influence...is it best to hire a attorney in the city of hospital.. or to hire a attorney out side of the city it occured in.

Some people have stated a attorney in the city would be part of the good old boys club that might hender my representation against the big hospital giant.

My suggestion is to hire someone in the city. You might want to interview them at length to get a feel for their alliances but generally someone from within the city will know the system better (every town is different) and you will end up with better representation. Do not take this as an absolute but generally speaking a local attorney is better for local issues.

Best of luck to you...
