Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee

I was on short term disability and was approved have letter stating I was approved. They paid me and now contacted me saying it was error and how do I want to repay them back. I have been around and around with them since I was first taken out of work by a doctor. When I finally got my money which was 5 months later I called 3 times to make sure I heard them clearly that it was approved. And it was and I received payment on 01/04/10. Now they want it back what can I do?

You either need to hire a lawyer to fight this out with them or repay them. Dealing with most insurance companies on your own can be a maddening and frustrating event. Also, it is typically unlikely that they will listen to what you have to say.
