Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee
Struck by boss
I worked for a large manufactured housing corp. and was constantly harassed by my boss whom is a partner with the company. He one day put his name on one of my comission sheets and when i confronted him, he stated that if i did not allow him to strike me with a bat in front of everyone, that he was keeping it. Knowing how desperatly that i needed the money, he knew that i would, this resulted in severe bruising, and humiliation in front of several (6) coworkers. He has had several corporate complaints, and i asked for a transfer, after being denied, i left the company. Is there anything that i can do as far as suing him, i have documented all the appropriate things needed!

You need to schedule a consultation with an attorney. It is impossible in this outlet to go over all of the facts and circumstances necessary to advise you in regards to this case. Also, you need real legal advice and not just general information.
