Vacation/Personal Time Changes

We accrue vacation time and personal time which is stated on our pay stub. Without notification or explanantion Company reevaluated our times and took away vacation and personal time. The employee manual states how a person accrues time personal/vacation. My question is it legal for them just to come in and take time away, this happen to the whole staff.

It depends on the type of plan your employer has for this benefit. You may be entitled to have the time restored or be given the value of the time in cash.
