Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee
My work hours were cut, so I obtained a second job on my days off. I was called on my day off by my first job. When I told them I could not come in the fired me. Is this legal.

If the employer did not treat you differently because of your membership in a protected category, it is legal.
