Legal Question in Employment Law in Tennessee
I work at a used movie store where we deal with buying and sell used movies, games, and recently random electronics. My employer knowingly makes us buy stolen goods with people that he makes contact with. They goods are obviously stolen (multiple copies of the same NEW release movies, 40 brand new in the box blu tooth headsets, etc). Are we as employees liable?

As an individual with knowledge that a crime is existing, you have an obligation to report that criminal conduct.
