One of my co-workers threaten to kill me or take me out, what can I do to protect myself? I reported it to my employer who has done nothing.

Re: workplace threats and violence

Make sure your report is in writing.

I would also report the threats to the police.

If you feel that you are in immediate danger, you can get a court order protecting you. To get one you must prove that the threats against you are real and immediate.
