Wrongful Termination/Whistleblowers Act

I was fired as a Executive Chef for reporting employer to the Health Department while out for surgery. Returned to work/ shuned the first day fired the next. Documents and witness to prove.

Very hard to find attorney that does not charge for visit.

Case or no case?

From what you describe it sounds as if you have a claim that is worth talking about with an attorney. It sounds like it may fall under Tennessee's whistleblower protection law.
