My landlord lost a case against us in court. not she wants us to move . We don't have a lease not since 2004, she ssent a notice for non-renewal of lease as per term on the old lease. I have 30 day to move,we're on a fixed income can she do this .

Your landlord has the right to terminate the "lease", even if there is no written lease agreement, by giving you a 30-day written notice of termination. If the notice was given during this month of November, you technically have until December 31, 2010, to vacate; if the notice was given in October, you would only have until November 30, 2010, to vacate. In either case, you will have to leave or the landlord will have the right to file a "Forcible Entry and Detainer" (FED) action to have you judicially evicted.
