my landlord wudnt take my rent andsaid i havce 3 infractions and is putting me out wat can i do

It really depends on what the infractions are. If you have fallen behind rent then making yourself current should be sufficient since the Tennessee Residential Landlord and Tenant Act allows you specific time periods for which you may cure the back rent. That notice period before eviciton is, however, shortened if you missed rent within 6 months of your next failure to pay. If the other infractions are illegal in nature, then its harder to fight. However, it is property damage or illegal activity then the landlord remedy is usually a fine or possibly eviction if the infraction is very serious.
