Lease Agreements

I am renting my home to two unrelated people. I want to put them each on different terms as they will each be paying a different amount for there room. I have a two bedroom house with bedrooms upstairs and common area downstairs. I want to rent the house like a college dorm type apartment. What type of lease should I use and were do i get it?

You can go to legalzoom.com or findlaw.com to find commonly used forms. There is a fee but they are basically "self service" forms sites. If you want something taylor-made for your situation you'll need to retain an attorney.
