i have a leased purchase home in tennessee have leased it for 2 yrs havent been able to purchase it have never missed a payment what can i do for them to give more time for me to purchase and quaify for a loan working on my credit it qualify but need a little more time i was sent a letter that i have 40 days to vacate the home dont want to leave

If you have a written lease/purchase agreement, then that document controls what you can and can't do in this situation. If at all possible, you should take the lease document to an attorney in your area and ask for advice.
Without having the document to review, I can't give you more specific information - it all depends on the language in the lease document.
