should i have to pay

i moved 8mo. ago. fave 60day notice. i recieve a paper in the mail from an attorney saying i owe 600 from apartment inspection. when i moved i had 3 witness who helped move me and clean. also recipt from carpet cleaning and housecleaner. the inspection was done on the same day i moved but they done it after i returned a key and had left. is this worth going to court?

It sounds like they are trying to extort you. They need to have proof of the damages in order to come after you. I wouldn't worry about it. Instead, wait and see if they take you to court.
