Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Tennessee

I have recently vacated my apartment due to the repeated negligence

of my landlord which caused unsafe living conditions now I am being

threatened with an eviction. I am just curious what steps I can take

to avoid an eviction, I have proper documentation of the neglect I

received (Video/pics).

I am sorry to say, but your question is somewhat difficult to understand. You say that you are being threatened with eviction; however, you also say that you vacated the apartment. An eviction is to have you vacate the property, but since you already vacated the unit you cannot be evicted.
