Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Tennessee
When you have reported to your Landlord on a repeated basis of a leak from the seiling in your bathroom from the above apartment and they wanted fix it, and mildew is starting to show up. I and my daughter stay sick a lot and I'm not sure why, what should I do and what are my rights as a tenant?

If your landlord is subject to the Tennessee Landlord and Tenant Act, you should likely give the landlord written notice of the issue and demand that it be fixed. If not, you could either terminate the agreement, or obtain substitute housing until it is repaired.
