Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Tennessee

My Attorneys Responsibility

If my attorneys, while representing me, discover that another attorney, that we have brought suit against for negilence, has commited malicous malpractice does my attorneys have a responsibility to file a complaint with the board of Professional Responsibility in my state? And with even another attorney that happens to also be a General Sessions Court Judge that represents another client that is also included in our suit, as judge he sat in judgement against me even though he reprents one of the defendants in our case clients. Is this not a conflict of interest and if so should my attorneys not have filed a complaint against him also ?
