Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Tennessee
Took my iPad 6 to local so called "reputable", they were supposed to call me when ready. No call ever. Went to check on it after 60 days, they can't find it; offered no retribution, just shrugged shoulders. Can I sue?

Not a question of Legal Ethics or Professional Responsibility.
But yes, you can sue. I hope you can prove, with a repair tag or other proof, that they ever had the iPad.
