Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Tennessee

Death of Mother

My mother recently died from staff infection called MRSA that she got from the hospital it caused her kidneys to shut down, there is alot of information to this but it is to deatiled for this question I just need to know if I should pursue it?

You have to decide whether it is worth pursuing. However, you should know that you cannot even get your foot in the door involving a claim against the hospital and/or medical personnel without an affidavit from a qualified witness, i.e., one with the same or higher qualifications as the person/entity you want to pursue.
