Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Tennessee
Medical Malpractice
My wife went into a surgery center for laproscopic surgery to remove scar tissue, the surgeon came out after an hour and half and said he was sorry, he had accidently sliced open my wife's bladder and had to open her up to suture it back up, then had her take by ambulance to the hospital where she spent 3 days. She has had constant UTI's and vaginal infections and cramping since this incident. I am taking her to our GP who I trust but I dont want to return to her obgyn. How do i cover us for the long term problems and how do we get compensated for what he did to her?

Re: Medical Malpractice
Your facts probably present a case of medical malpractice. Why was the scar tissue being removed? Where was the scar tissue located. Were there any pre-surgical complications such as your wife's age, weight, etc.I am in Clarksville. Please contact me.
Re: Medical Malpractice
It seems as though there is probably a case of medical malpractice. I would need to review all of the medical records and take a thorough intake from you and your wife regarding this horrendous incident as medical malpractice cases are complex and very costly to litigate. We would be happy to review your potential case to determine whether we would be interested in litigating this on your behalf.
