Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Tennessee

medical mishap.

i am haveing a problem tring to see if i have a law suit ot not. here is my problem and please let me know if you think i should go with it or not. my son was born normaly enough however he was back in the hospital with in a week. and seems to be staying . to make matters worst he has just been dian. with spinal bifida. he is 11 yrs old. i tried to tell muti. doctors something was not right due to his growth. they ofcourse blamed me. now there are still problems with that. i really am lost and have no idea what to do next. for any info please help thak you
