White v. Methodist Hospital South is an important case for several reasons. You can get the entire case by going to any law library with Tennessee cases or by going to a service like Westlaw.com or Lexis.com. There are others which may be a bit less expensive. My suggestion is to talk to a lawyer about your case and the lawyer will probably be able to get the information you need. The reported opinion is only the decision on Appeal.
