Legal Question in Military Law in Tennessee
In the us army a noncomissioned officer has to sign the nco creed. once it is signed is that considered a contract or a legal binding document of any kind?

The answer is "No". It means nothing legally. It's no different than the nebulous concept of abiding by the Army Values. If you are ever alleged to have violated the NCO Creed, they might be able to pursue you under one or more of the articles of the UCMJ, but not as a violation of the NCO Creed.
