Short answer: it depends.
Was there a subpoena or other court order?
What information was released?
Who is "the court system"? The District Attorney? A judge? Your attorney?
Is the matter civil (for example, in conection with paternity or child support) or criminal (prosecution or defense)?
It is impossible to tell from your question whether information was improperly released.
