Legal Question in Military Law in Tennessee
A friend of mine is getting an Artile 15 because of his wife. Everytime he gets deployed she cheats on him and now she is prego with another soilders child. Is there anything he can do to stop the Article 15 since he is not the one commenting adultry?

He should not be punushed because of his wife's actions. He has not done anything wrong. He should consult with an attorney and refuse Article 15 punishment which is his right to do.
