I am a future soldier so am I allowed to date another future soldier?

Yes, no problem dating.
The only problem will arise if both of you are in an active status (on active duty or in a drilling Reserve/National Guard unit) and one or the other becomnes the superior officer or noncommissioned officer over the other.
