I was seperated from the Navy and given an re-4 for reenlistment. Is there any way I can get this changed?

Re: Re-4
In order to appeal or recharacterize a former personnel's discharge status, an appeal needs to be made to either the service branch's discharge review board or board for correction of military records depending on various factors; however, I would need to know more details to better assess the situation.
