Legal Question in Military Law in Tennessee

i was sentenced to 12 months for dessertion but it got reduced to 11 months. So with the senence being less than 12 is this still a felony?

A felony is an offense that carries a punishment of one year or more, whether or not the actual sentence imposed is less than one year.
