Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

i was in a accident on dec 13th and had x-rays done and it come back spinal artheritus,my car was totaled,took a week to get rental after being sent to two different countys to get it and only got to keep it for ten days or so,had to find car quick and now im in a truck with bad tranny and left with low back problems and state farm wants to pay my medical and offer me 1900 bucks for pain suffering,lose wages,i think i need a lawyer

I'm sorry you were in such a terrible accident and that you have had nothing but problems since the accident.

The insurance company is acting as they usually do when a person has had an accident and has not retained an attorney. Due to their extremely low offer, I believe hiring an attorney is in your best interests. The insurance company will probably say that the spinal arthritis was a pre-existing condition but it will costs them thousands of dollars in legal fees to do so. An attorney can present evidence that the injury was caused by the accident and you should be compensated as such.
