Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

I was in a auto accident,just me.It was other persons fault.I received repair money for car and am still waiting to hear back on coverage for medical.

In Tn I believe the limit is 25k.What exactly does that mean as to pain /suffering and lost work,etc compensation if the medical cost were at or above 25k?

Does the medical cost limit mean that there will be no money for lost work/etc?

The minimum limit of auto liability insurance in Tennessee is $25,000.00 but that does not mean that is all you may recover in your case. There are several other legal factors that are involved in determining the maximum amount you can recover. I would be happy to discuss this with you.
