Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

Car accident Dec 27 2003

The under age driver of the other vehicle turned left while I was in the intersection. She hit me in the drivers side of my car. Date of accident was 12-27-03. ER Dr. stated Acute Cervical Strain. After numerous Dr's , tests and therapy, I am still in great pain and am limited in my daily activities. Ins. wants to settle for $20K. What are my options?

Since the statute of limitations has run, and the insurance company is still offering to pay something, it would sound as if you have already filed suit, meaning you have a lawyer who knows the facts of your case. Talk with your lawyer.
