Dirt Bike Accident

We have a motorcycle track at our house that we let people ride on only after they have signed a waiver. If they are injured can they sue us?

They can sue you even if they are NOT injured. They can sue you even if they don't use the track.

Probably won't win, but they can sue you.

If they are able to persuade a judge or jury that their injury is the result of your injury, and the waiver is not a good one, they can still win. And under the right circumstances, even if you have a great waiver they might win.
