husband in auto accident

my husband recieved a settelement after an auto accident, i being his lawful wife am i entitled to any of the settlement?

Loss of consortium is a loss which a spouse can claim in a personal injury case. In small cases, loss of consortium is not normally an issue. If the settlement did not specify any loss of consortium, including a percentage of the settlement for loss of consortium, then there is no loss of consortium claim.
