Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee
I was injured during a visit to a local tourist attraction. The injury I sustained required a visit to the E.R., xrays, a visit to my family physician, MRI, and finally surgery.....do I have any legal recourse against the business for personal injury and or negligence?
