Invasion of Privacy

Is any lawyer interested in pursuing this case? My daughter was asked to withdraw from a private school after her cell phone was removed from a jacket she had left in the cafeteria. Her text messages were read and printed off. The content of these text messages led the school administration to force her to withdraw. Until that time, her disciplinary record was pristine. She was a senior and had been at the school for 9 years.

What are you trying to accomplish? Do you want your daughter to be allowed to stay at the school or are you wanting a civil suit seeking tort liability?
