Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

on the job occupational injury

Can I re-file an occupational injury claim against workmans compensation after they initially denied my first claim. I can provide additional medical documentation which was not made available in the first claim.

Generally you can file. I need to know more information about what happend to you and when. Why was the first claim denied? how long ago? when the the second injury occur? Has the insurance company paid any of your medical bills or make any payments to you? when was the last payment? I need to know all of this before I can answer your question...Bill Poland
