Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee
lawsuit
If a lawsuit was filed for my husband aganist a company and we
would like to look at the information filed and the results, court cases are public right; can you go to the court house and look at what the lawyer actually filed or can the information be pulled up online.

Re: lawsuit
All filings are public record unless selaed by the court for a specific purpose. In Federal courts the documents can be accessed online; state and local courts are done in person.
Good luck.

Re: lawsuit
Lawsuits are a matter of public record. You can go to the court house and read the entire file.
