Who is liable

I recently was involved in an automobile accident and it was not my fault according to the state highway patrol. The other driver was driving for a local pizza company and she ran a stop sign hitting the front passenger side of my vehicle. Someone told me that because she was on duty at the time, that the pizza company was liable for the damages sustained to my vehicle (which had to be towed; she was able to drive hers). She did not have a valid insurance card in the vehicle, but her boss told the THP that he has a copy of it at the office. I have been unable to get in touch with her and have left several messages at her workplace trying to get in touch with her. She has not called me, and will not tell me her insurance carrier's name. How do I go about getting the information I need in order to have my vihicle fixed or be compensated for my loss?

If the other driver was at work for the pizza company at the time of the accident, the other driver is an agent for the pizza company. A principal is liable for the negligent acts of an agent. You should contact the pizza company and provide it with a copy of the accident report and a copy of the estimate for damages to your vehicle. I can only surmise from your message that you are claiming no personal injuries of any kind.
