Predicting Future Earning Capacity
Is there any authority/publications to assist in predicting future earning capacity in wrongful death case where deceased is church, academic and community "star" but not yet in college?

Yes. Such publications and materials do exist... but No they are not worth much.

These matters vary considerably from county to county and depend in large part upon the rulings of the local judges.

Your best bet is to consult a competent and experienced local attorney.

Any other advice is foolish.
