Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

Sustained injuries in head on collision other party 100% at fault

I was injured in a head on collision where the other driver was driving south in a north bound lane. My auto was totalled and medical bills amouted to approximately $50000. I received a broken ankle, deep cuts and broken ribs and ankle required surgery. I would like to know how much I can expect to receive as a final settlement from the other drivers insurance company.

It's impossible to tell what a case might be worht without more information. You need to speak directly with an attorney and you need to have the attorney representing you. You also need to be prepared to go to trial instead of strictly seeking to settle the case. If the defense insurance company knows you are not going to take the case to trial, and do not have an attorney to help you, those facts alone are going to seriously reduce the value of your case.... and the insurance company may well string you along so far that when you finally realize you have to get a lawyer to either settle the case or to pursue the matter to court, the statute of limitations will have run and you will be unable to sue OR to settle, or it will be so near to running that good lawyers will be reluctant to take your case.
