Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee
Traffic accident with injuries
My mother was the passenger in a car. The driver of the car she was riding in was at fault and cited for running a stop sign and speeding. My mother is in the hospital with several broken bones including her neck. The lady at fault appears to have no insurance. At least that is what she says. If, she has no insurance is there any recourse for seeking damages from her

Yes, there could very well be recourse for you. If you or anyone in your household has insurance, there may be provisions for this type of claim. The driver may have coverage that he or she is not aware of. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to learn more about this or if you would like our office to look into this issue for you.
