Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

I work for a company that requires me to take mentally and physically challenged individuals on outings in the community. My outing that day required me to take them to a University swimming pool. As I was getting out of the water to assist a client I slipped and fell and broke my kneecap. My question is who is responsible for the doctor bills.

You probably have a worker's compensation claim. There are procedural steps you need to take in order to preserve your claim. If this injury falls under worker's comp, your employer will have to pay for the medical treatment and depending on the severity of your injuries, may have to make additional payments as well. I recommend you contact an experienced worker's compensation lawyer.
