Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee
I worked for a company in Tennessee that sent me to a job alone. This to my knowledge was not the norm.dropped a 50lb roll of plastic on back of my leg while crawlingfrom under the house.suffered tremendous pain from a torn meniscus.workers comp finally paid for surgery and therapy but doc told me would always suffer from arthritis in my knee.gained 20lbs and have pain every day.Can I sue my employer who laid me off when allowed to return to work?

This depends on a few things. Did you settle the WC claim already? When were you released at MMI to return to work? You should really talk to a lawyer on the telephone about these issues, at the least.
