Legal Question in Product Liability in Tennessee

Question?
My sister recently suffered a cerebrel hemorage due to Birth Control pills issued by a Health Dept. Is there any way we can get the company of the pills to help with the medical expenses, for she is now disabled as a result.

I think the answer could very well be yes to this. Only, it may be the doctor who prescribed the pills who is reposnsible.
