Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Tennessee
I have a 17-year-old roommate, who is unreliable. Between partying, holes in the wall, things getting stolen by her friends, doors getting broken, etc. I want her out. I'm wanting to get rid of her clothes (prized possessions) & place her furniture/belongings in her parking spot. She's only an occupant in the apartment. I was wondering if I could get in trouble for placing her stuff in the parking lot? Thank you.

If the person in question is 17, you should contact her parents/guardians about the situation.
